Welcome to the Sewall Residential Academic Program (SRAP) in History and Culture

Located in the beautiful and centrally-located Sewall Hall, SRAP is a co-educational program for first-year students enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences who have an interest in the study of history and culture.  Students enrolled in all other colleges are also welcome to participate in the program.  Our award-winning faculty offer small seminar-style courses and a variety of co-curricular activities and outreach opportunities that emphasize the connections between modern culture and its historical roots.

"I thought I was prepared for such a big adjustment, but nobody can mentally prepare you for college….I made it through the first few weeks of school thanks to the nurturing environment of Sewall." ~ A Former Sewall Student
