Currently, SRAP is only a year-long program designed for first-year students. Yes, that is one of the advantages of SRAP. We welcome all students enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences and we teach a wide spectrum of courses that fulfill the Arts and Sciences core curriculum requirements. However, because we focus on the study of history and culture, a greater percentage of our students tend to be interested in subject areas such as History, English, Anthropology, Classics, Communications, Ethnic Studies, Fine Arts, Film Studies, International Affairs, Humanities, Languages, Linguistics, Political Science, Religious Studies, Sociology, and Women and Gender Studies.
To drop or add Sewall courses, please contact the SRAP Program Assistant, Martha Shernick, or go to the Sewall Academic Program Office, located in room A292 of Sewall Hall.

All Sewall dorm rooms have wireless Internet access and a microwave/refrigerator. A bed, desk, desk chair, bookcase, dresser, closet and study lamp are provided for each occupant. Many students decide to have a printer in their rooms, but it is not necessary to have your own printer. Printers are available in Norlin and elsewhere on campus. See the Campus Printing Initiative website for further information: www.colorado.edu/cpi/. Most first-year students do not find that they need cars on campus. Students who choose to have a car on campus can purchase CU parking permits that will allow them to park their cars in designated lots (usually not right next to Sewall). For information about parking, please see the Parking Services website at http://www.colorado.edu/pts/ or call (303) 492-7384. Sewall Hall is conveniently located near Norlin Library, the Eaton Humanities classroom building, and the Recreation Center. It is close to downtown and city bike trails. Both Boulder and Denver are served by the Regional Transportation District (RTD), and several buses stop near the CU-Boulder campus. CU-Boulder also provides Stampede and Buff Bus Shuttles around campus. All CU-Boulder students ride the RTD and CU buses free with their Buff One cards. More information can be found on the Parking Services website at http://www.colorado.edu/parking/index.html or on the RTD website at http://www.rtd-denver.com/. No, there are separate bathrooms for men and women, conveniently located in each hallway. All bathrooms have showers. No. We suggest you bring fans for the warm days in August and May. All residence hall room assignments are managed by the Housing Reservation Center. You are welcome to contact them with any questions you may have about the halls or living environments at 303-492-6871 or by visiting their website at http://housing.colorado.edu/. There are 320 students at Sewall Hall. Sewall Hall is a secure building. Living areas and classrooms can only be entered through locked doors.
