Welcome to the Sewall Residential Academic Program (SRAP) in History and Culture

Located in the beautiful and centrally-located Sewall Hall, SRAP is a co-educational program for first-year students enrolled in the College of Arts and Sciences who have an interest in the study of history and culture. Our award-winning faculty offer small seminar-style courses and a variety of co-curricular activities and outreach opportunities that emphasize the connections between modern culture and its historical roots.

"I thought I was prepared for such a big adjustment, but nobody can mentally prepare you for college….I made it through the first few weeks of school thanks to the nurturing environment of Sewall." ~ A Former Sewall Student
